which laser cut joints. I'm making a control box today. But linking in with this I thought I would cover the basics of joints that I use when laser cutting. This is not an exhaustive list, there are lots more out there and lots more to be created. But I hope that this video inspired people to have a play and try new things that could be possible.

Good video! Much food for thought... A few minor issues-
A digital caliper is not a Vernier (that is the mechanical readout method)
There are 9 levels of fit (ISO standards)
'Glue squeeze-out' is not really a thing- in general, the greater the clamping force the stronger the joint. Even if it was, it would only apply to the sides of the tab, not the other two faces.
Love the included bolt method!

Nice video. I’ve tested out all of them, when I was starting my laser cutting business 8 years ago. I really thought I invented few of them, but later started to see similar joints all over the place. Either people came up with it on their own, or they got the idea from me, I don't know. But I have at least 4 other joints that are not in this video. However, some of them are improved versions of existing ones.

It'd be nice if you could share a file or recommend a link to cut these joints all in one go for 3mm & 4mm. I'm so busy now that I can hardly think... it would immensely save time.

Creo que sería interesante que explicaras qué tipos de materiales para corte y grabado láser, según el tipo de laser.
También sería interesante conocer más concretamente que características poseen las diferentes maderas (blandas, duras, contrachapados, etc), y como interactúa el haz de luz con el material.
Otro punto interesante de descubrir sería como ajustar el punto de enfoque un corte preciso, y un grabado espectacular. Que tipo de maderas utilizar en el grabado para mejorar el contraste.
Y que tratamientos e impermeabilización se usan en los acabados.
