This show is great! The standout for me is Jill’s character. This show is an ode to all the women that looked after the boys dying

The first 3 episodes sent me back to when my brother died from this disease.. I had to stop and compose myself, due to the superb acting. I miss you Arturi.. LA...

I came out, in the middle.of the AIDS CRISIS, I've lost so many people i knew. Hope i can make it all the way threw this show. My Doctor says I have survivors remorse, I've been living with HIV for about 38 years now.

I was a pre teen and teen during the most devastating years of the AIDS crisis. From 1985-1988 I volunteered for an organization that helped men suffering from the disease. I remember getting that weekly or even daily call that another friend had died. And I was still in high school, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I can’t wait for this but I’m also not ready for it either.

Hey Americans, you HAVE to watch this when it comes out. Just binged it over here in the UK, phenomenal, devastating show.

This show is bringing up so many feelings. I came out in college during the exact years depicted in this show. Words simply cannot convey the depth of horror, fear, pain and loss we all experienced. This is a very well-made, important show.

Credit to all the Jills out there in the world who love their gay friends for what they are and don’t care about their sexuality. Those friends are irreplaceable. There should be more people like Jill.

I'm a straight, white, 58 year old female who grew up near SF. Polk Street.... modeling... amazing bands.... lost so many beautiful friends. My heart still aches.

Amazing show, but this trailer doesn’t do it justice. It’s not necessarily a drama about the aids crisis, but a wonderful, hilarious, poignant and heartbreaking show about a group of young people living through it.

I finished this about an hour ago.
I was nearly on the floor. I don’t think I’ll ever recover.
Beautiful, moving and utterly heart breaking.

Having lived in London in the 90’s, I was on the tail end of this, and it was very real. The AIDS plinth and iceberg adverts scared me to death and everyone knew people who had passed. It’s about time somebody told the story, and I haven’t sobbed so much in years when watching this - you guys need to see it.

Always fascinating to see the difference between the US and UK trailers for the same project.

This show really moved me, I’m a naive 21 year old gay male and it’s really encouraged me to go get a HIV test and get on prep. Loved it !!!

I was 21/22 when AIDS hit in 1981.I remember my boyfriend when he went to the doctor, the questionnaire he filled out.Questions like, Do you do poppers when having sex, do u have sex with animals? They had no idea at that time how it was spread. So they asked u so many questions about your sex life. This series is heartbreaking because it captures moments like that, the scaryness, the free for all sex, because we didn't even imagine. The music of course in the series, just brings those emotions to the surface. So well done.

Watching this made me think of how many beautiful men sadly passed away from aids on there own out of fear of being disowned by there friends or there family out of shame or being scared others would get aids off them the saddest thing ever. If I could put my arms around everyone of you who passed from aids I would in a heartbeat.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Possibly the most moving TV drama I've ever seen. Yes it's very sad, but its depiction of friendship and joy is equally memorable, it's just incredible. Ima watch it all again asap.

How soon this period has been forgotten. But for those who lived through it and remember, this is both a melancholy and sad reminder. *_"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times."_* — Charles Dickens
