Flying Robots That Mimic The Shape And Movement Of Birds! #shorts

Engineers have created flying drones with 'morphing wings,' inspired by how bats and birds avoid colliding in mid-air.

The robotic wings are made of carbon fiber and, like a bird's wing, each has a wrist joint custom built using a 3D printer.

These joints are hinged so that, as the rest of the wing flaps, the hand can freely fold and unfold over the arm, similar to origami folding, without any actuation.
