This works for me:
Plunder No fill
Parachute always on auto deploy
Tac sprint on
Controller connected to cable power
I’m on ps5 so I have my system to never turn off while in game

when loading in match put your controller on the floor mines is carpet and works great or get like blanket if you don’t.
And the goal is to keep your character Running in large circles( NOT SPINNING IN PLACE) while your remote is on ground my slightly moving the joysticks.
Currently been doing for like 4 hours and got 12 battle pass tokens and this method works much better during double xp weekends

I played this mode for alomst 1 hour And I didn’t even get 1 tier
Then I Played plunder and I got 5 tiers in one game only
I don’t know if this is a glitch or not

If you are on PC you can also create 2 macros 1 for F or whatever you use to interact and one for Q (for decoy grenades) if you add the perk that gives you equipment back every 50 seconds and you are in a safe zone that's a 400xp guarantee plus the 100xp the box gives you every 1:30 seconds also if any player get is in front of you that's also more exp for commending, mind you that loot boxes reset every 1:30 so that's a 100xp guarantee
