Trying to make GREEK MOUSSAKA 🇬🇷

I’m Moussaka’s #1 fan now 🇬🇷❤️

INGREDIENTS:

BEEF LAYER:
2 lbs ground beef
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 yellow onion chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
¼ cup Beef stock
¼ cup Red wine
Tomato puree
Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf

Veggie Layers:
3 eggplants sliced and pan-seared
4 russet potatoes sliced, then air fried
3 zucchinis sliced and pan-seared
Salted and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste

BECHAMEL:
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp butter
2 ½ cups whole milk
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp paprika
3 egg yolks
1 cup pecorino

*bake at 325 for 50 minutes and broil top if needed*
Garnish with fresh parsley
