I pulled the trigger today and pushed "buy now" on the stainless bundle. I'm 65 and excited like a kid at Christmas. I'll have it later this week. At the least there will be a fire in my back yard!!

This is one great car camping stove! I was in the market shopping for a good quality made stove and I stumbled upon this Firebox stove. I was first hesitant to buy one but we really need to get a camping stove pronto so I ordered this. Upon getting it from our mailbox...I was really surprised on HOW HEAVY this thing is....but considering of what kind of material was used the design and the thought put into with this stove was really impressive to say the list: This stove is not only heavy but it's also Heavy Duty...It's built akin to a WW2 German King Tiger tank and it's completely adaptable to just about everything you can throw at it from using wood / gas canister or even alcohol stoves. It actually grew on me overtime of me using it and I came to really love this stove now! I was going to buy Steve's Titanium version but this is sufficient of a stove as it is. Great ob! @ Steve Despain....You have a winner of a stove here and you just gained not only a fan but a loyal customer as well in the future!

A lot of thought put into this. You would not think instructions would be required for a folding wood stove but you certain do in this case. Very versatile. Good engineering is not what you can add, it is what you can take away. This stove with the extra holes would be a good example of this in action.
