heres the secrete to charsisma, make others feel good and dont ever make them fell like you judge them and display confidence as in "you are not ashame of making mistakes"... when people see this they know THEY CANT HURT TOU AND ALSO THAT youre not gonna hurt them and they can be themselves because they are not going to offend you and youre WILL NOT make fun of them and hurt them yes you can still tease but never tease them about something they are actually ashamed of... if you get insulted tell them that you are not going to teletate that behavior (this shows you are not a pushover)…never try to have a logical conversation with women if they didnt want to. As a Woman Gets to know your Emotional Intelligence how fun you are she will eventually want to know the logical side of you and begin to ask you serious questions that’s a sign that you’ve done a great job displaying your self.

One Thing I would like to add to "active listening". You can be the cool interesting guy if you offer solutions rather than just responding to the emotions of the other guy. Ideally both. For example: If somebody tells you he is into painting but lacks motivation, I would answer:" Yea, I can understand that and I think it's a common feeling. But actually, I have a tip for you what also worked for me: I always tell me, i have 3 minutes i have to sit at the table and do nothing or begin to paint. But I can do nothing else. Either do nothing or do what you want to do. After 3 minutes you are free to go but you have to at least manage to do nothing for 3 minutes just sitting there. This is no time. But I always start my thing because it's to boring. " (by the way a real tip)
And this makes you even more likable because you are actively caring about the other one, not just passively

(I used this last night, it worked really well btw) some good advice, if you guys are able to find something you have in common with that group of people, capitalise on it! For example, if someone if the group that you just met plays a certain video game that you are familiar with, talk to them about it. If they think you are likeable, it gives to a chance to get to know the whole group better.
