On Tekto’s webiste it says “All knives are designed, tested and assembled in the USA from imported and local parts.” Meaning they are cheaply made in china and are only assembled in the USA. That alone makes this company a hard fucking pass for me.

Full tangs are more bulky but more durable and reliable but you dont need all that during daily use I doubt the butter will fight back

If it’s not Benchmade, ZT, or Medford I don’t want it 🤷🏻‍♂️ sometimes I go with Spyderco. I work in a knife store so I get a chance to play with all of these. Benchmade bugout is my EDC cause it’s cheaper than my ZTs and wayyy cheaper than my medfords but not too cheap. I NEVER cheap out on knives.
