File Rename Error (You Need permission to perform this action)

Error messages displayed while trying to rename a file:
You need permission to perform this action. You require permission from the computer's administrator to perform this action.

Solution:
Add the user named "Authenticated Users".

great. now is says "you require permission from authenticated users to make changes to this file" Edit: Now I can't even change the owner.
