Well with the rent ib reasing. Is better to be paying monthly for a hpuse. My friend bought her and she is paying on 1200 a coop and she will oay that for many years.. my cousin boughtbher and she is paying same in Indiana 3 floor house and meanwhile she is payung anything that breaks they have to go and repair. Just one room is costing 1000 rent. A mini studio 1400.🤷‍♀️
