On the vision she wasn’t hugging Isabela, she was hugging Abuela. The shape of the vision have braids and looks like Abuela when she was young. Isabella was just the beginning of all the vision cause if she didn’t discovered herself, Mirabel and Abuela would never have the argument which destroys the casita and make the situation on the river with Maribel and Abuela. It's kind of cool how right before this clip when he was meditating to get prepared the weather itself kicked up, things flying around inside Antonio's room and it even got darker outside while Abuela was walking in the village and they all got confused about why it got darker.
