Gary Lineker: BBC football shows in disarray after presenters and pundits pull out

The BBC's Saturday football coverage has been upended after a host of star names pulled out of the shows in the wake of the Gary Lineker Twitter controversy.

Football Focus has been taken off-air after Alex Scott stood down while Radio 5 Live's Fighting Talk is also not being aired, and Final Score appears to have been replaced.

Several presenters and pundits have tweeted their support of Lineker, who was relieved of his Match of the Day presenting duties for criticising the government's asylum policies.
