this is exactly what I loved about the Budokai games (the ones on the PSP too) it felt like the closest thing to a Tekken or DoA style DBZ game, which is still to this day one of my most wished for games

I'm pretty sure this is still one of the only DBZ games where Cell's transformations are not permanent, like in Budokai3, Infinite World, Tenkaichi series and Raging blast. If his ki gauge goes too low and gets knocked down, he goes back to imperfect cell. I dont understand why they programmed it that way.
