I have the first one (fear of needles) and I think you did really well on that one because that's exactly how I feel like whenever I think or hear abt needles I start shivering and my teeth sometimes shatter alot. Like when I was forced out of suprise to have an injection in each arm at school I was crying and it hurt so bad I lit felt like I was going to faint and couldn't move and my teeth were shattering so much I was so scared I can't even explain it. I feel sorry for whoever else has this because it is so bad and many people don't understand and just say it doesn't hurt and everyone has to have needles but they don't get it it's not like that. :((
