As someone with scopophobia, it doesn’t terrify my when someone’s looking at me. But I’ll usually start sweating. I also feel like something is watching me at all times.

Okay so little story time here-

My guitar teacher in school was showing us the parts fo the guitar and he pointed me out and said “exception for you Layla because your guitar didn’t arrive with one” everyone stared at me. Tears formed in my eyes I was terrified I wanted to call my mom to pick me up but I’d didn’t. I told my sister after school too and she said I was over reacting. Even though she told me that she cried in class once because a teacher told her to speak up-

Quick story time:
I have the phobias agoraphobia and phasmophobia. And this is how I discovered it.
So there was this one time I was in a room alone and I heard footsteps, and I looked and nobody was there. I freaked out and ran out of the room and discovered I was in a dream. Then I heard 3 bangs from downstairs, went down the staircase, I looked over and my whole family was sitting there with pale skin, black eyes, and their jaws dropped to the ground. I was then paralyzed and they started screaming at me in a language I didn't understand. Then I woke up and I was traumatized from it for 10 years.

Explanation if you don't get it:

The footsteps alone in a room:agoraphobia. Explanation:i was alone when I heard them and felt anxiety even before it came.

The possessed family:phasmophobia.
Explanation:I knew from the bottom of my heart they were possessed and turned into ghosts.
