My son is starting out on guitar and absolutely loves this amp. Only problem is the AI only worked for a few days and hasn’t since. I’ve tried deleting the app / reinstalling it, making sure he’s logged in, etc …. Anyone have advice ?

You can modify your amp or purchase the battery with new spark 2 amp.
40W Spark 1 still kicking. I don't see them selling the battery for less than $100. Up to $40 is the max I will pay when I get the spark 2. In 2 years the spark 3 will be 75w with 9x looper

I hate when companies come out with the best possible product…never before seen…revolutionary! We all buy it, then they make modifications to a new model. So now I want the spark 2 but I already have so much invested in the first one. 😭
How about a buy back program. You buy back my first one and I’ll pay the difference for the upgraded model. That at least sounds fair.
