One of the many reasons I struggle watching medical dramas for some reason the main doctors and nurses can do unethical if not borderline illegal acts and somehow remain employed.

Natalie is a very emotional and controlling. if something doesn't go her way, she will have a hissy fit until the other doctor / nurses change it to her way. Torrey is such an amazing actor especially taking up the role as Natalie.

April leaving the show sucks, but im sorry Natalie had to go they ruined her character soo much, most of the time she did things her way like she owns the hospital, im sorry for the ones that liked her but she needed to leave.

I think that it was time for her character to go for good.. love the actress, have nothing against her, but I see no development of her character in the future, it was time. Hope they will add some interesting character, one that will make me watch the show again. Thank Torrey for these years and many good apisodes.
