Literally no one died the day after winning the Olympia ever.

Mohamed BenAziza died because of taking diuretics the day before the event. He was told he was not shredded enough and he decided to take diuretics to lose more fluids. That caused potassium to drop which caused the cardiac muscle to arrest. That’s why we give potassium supplement to those who are taking diuretics for medical reasons like hypertension.

Abuse of drugs can kill. We’ve seen loads of Bodybuilder’s now dead because of it.

Their deaths didn't shake nothing! Bodybuilders still taking roids and still dying!! And Ed didn't die early from too much alcohol, it was the roids that did him in!

With all these deaths of bodybuilders at young ages, you'd think those that embark on this journey, would have the intelligence to realize that steroids and supplements are what's killing these men. Not to much glory in being stupid.

Fun fact, I ran into Mr Natural in Dr. Kerr's waiting room 1980s🤣 He said, well you gotta do what you gotta do!

Lee Haney has been sounding the alarm on this for some time. It is clear the obscene physical shapes presented in professional body building from the mid 1990s to today as the "ideal" for winning competitions are, in fact, freakish and deadly. Contest prep is like a science experiment these days. Massive muscle size, strength and extreme leanness are not automatically indicators of a healthy, physically fit person. In the famous case of Andreas Munzer, we have a man who poisoned himself to create an obscenely unhealthy physique... but one that was considered necessary to win in the pros. Doesn't anyone else see a problem with that? Look at Rich Piana, Cedric Mcmillan, Greg Kovacs and the others whose bodies collapsed under the weight of anything goes bodybuilding MASS madness. Excessive steroids are only one culprit -- especially for the extreme dosages we see in some and the penchant for younger and younger people taking them as shortcuts over the hard, long-term development of classic Bodybuilders of the golden age. Your body needs fat, your body needs fluids, your body needs cardio (the heart is a muscle, too), your body needs rest, and you're wrong if your think since small dosages of steroids (or that animal supplement SARMS) make a difference, HUGE dosages make a BIGGER difference and must be consumed at all costs. Yeah, and the cost is a short life span or a broken muscular-skeletal system. And normalizing extremely low body fat (less than 8%), while pushing diuretics and protein-only diets on people is not good for the body either. Hence even shredded fitness influencers who are not body-building per se are dying from their "healthy lifestyle." People, don't be fooled by your body dysmorphia into worshipping the extremes. It may kill you to look like them.
