They also dont have air conditioning for the athletes. The finnish athletes were complaining about that and apparently spent a lot of money to get air conditioning there

It is a bit beside of the story but students got kicked out of their dorms even when school wasn't finished for some to house the police. Turns out it was just to rent them to tourists increasing their rent more than 5 times...
