So basically the future S21 Note could be priced considerably higher than the regular S20 and the current Note 20 Ultra which were already ridiculously expensive. Nice job Samsung, real smooooth...

I think they should just release one Note per year JUST ONE. Like the old days not plus or lite the NOTE.

at least it means note users can get the features of the S lineup at the same time as they come out without having to wait half a year. It probably makes things a lot easier for Samsung too, or maybe it's even just so they can slide the new exynos into both flagships asap

Samsung is doing a few things actually right. A few things which always made sense naturally to me are
1. Consistency of processor across the board
2. Increasing the life cycle support of their flagship phones at least by 1 year
3. Providing an S pen support to their S devices
4. Improving cross platform compatibility with Microsoft

Now they have started working on all these fronts. They just have to speed it up

Going further Samsung should start developing real tech. Become on par with Apple, Google and Microsoft in techs like AI and start developing genuinely high quality apps more and more

If the S pen S21 Ultra comes out with no rounded corners like the regular notes there will be no purpose calling it an "S" phone. Lets just hope that its an s pen version of s21 plus and nothing more

Samsung shouldn't replace Note series....
Note series is something special
Note series is something near and dear to most of the consumers
Note series is the best power packed smartphones
People wait till the launch of the note phone and buy that even if they don't own a phone for 1 year
Note series cannot be replaced
Note series will be near and dear to my heart forever....

Even if they unify S and Note series I would like it to be called a note device as it will come with an s pen.
Moreover galaxy note is an emotion. It also defines samsung smartphones. It will be heartbreaking to watch the line disappear.

I want a smaller phone with an spen. Tired of these big ass phones:
-6.3 screen
-Rounded corners for one-handed use
-spen
- slight curved edges for bump-less finger swiping

Some people says that Note phones are just a redefined and improved S series but it's actually not. I'm a note user since 2016 (exploding note) and I would say that the s-pen makes a world of differences it is not just for drawing and note taking. Since then Samsung added alot of great features to the s-pen like air view, smart select, bluetooth, gyro, and many more.
