Absolute truth kudos to all those in the construction field

So many important jobs get bad reps. I've been doing IT for the government including police departments, schools, and other essentials. I treat the maintenance people, HVAC people, etc. like my coworkers. When I have an environment that's clean, well lit, comfortable, etc., I can do better work. The person who takes out the trash by my desk has an impact on the well being of the millions of people who live, work and spend time in my area daily.
