Boris Johnson's Brexit proposal deemed 'not satisfactory' by EU budget minister

Scotland's highest court said on Wednesday it would wait until Oct. 21 on whether to issue a ruling to force British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to abide by a law compelling him to seek a Brexit delay, a lawmaker involved in the case said.

Anti-Brexit campaigners had sought an order from the court asking it to order Johnson to abide by a law that requires him to ask for a Brexit extension if he has failed to secure a deal by Oct. 19 and send the letter to the European Union if he refused to do so himself.

"Delighted to advise Scotland’s Supreme Court is holding off ruling on whether to force @BorisJohnson to send #Brexit #extension #BennAct letter until 21 Oct to give PM time to fulfill the promise he made to the court," Joanna Cherry said on Twitter. "A victory for us & all our supporters."

Most of these countries have not been paying their fair share for defence, while the UK, Poland, the US and a couple of others have been paying in full, the EU budget minister should have to balance all the books across the board on all debts, we need to leave and keep any money we do not honestly owe!

Of course, the EU is making Brexit difficult. The EU is setting their budgets, and need the UK's contribution to 2020/2021 budgets. The EU is also gearing up to implement the conditions in the Lisbon Treaty, namely moving financial services to Brussels. If the EU is to shortfall by 11 billion then perhaps the Eurocrats should take a pay cut?
