Lockdown needs to make business sense and play into a recovery plan. I only wonder based on all of the conclusions if all the facts have been considered.

1. leave without a deal now.
2. Stop 'ENFORCING' the lockdown with fines and truncheons.
understand that ENFORCEMENT in this instance destroys TRUST.
No TRUST = No Government.
