Joseph James Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American comedian, podcaster, and UFC color commentator.He is also a former actor and television presenter.

We're the first to get this far, within our radio bubble (120ly), and the first get this far within the distance our pollution is observable (300ly) and the first within what we can observe as large scale pollution on an alien planet (1000ly). It's that simple.

Meaning there's no one else within the distance our radio emissions are noticeable or our changes on the environment make us visible to them.
OR
There's no one big and vibrant enough for us to see within our instruments' distance. Could be close and closer to our level of tech or much advanced and vibrant but further out.

1000ly bubble is big, but not really more than a speck. We know we're close to the first our we'd have seen probes or ships or something even if light speed is the max and they're slow.
