Actually there's a reason for that you don't need power armor training. The ncr removed the machinery from the power armor they got from the brotherhood.

i love the NCR so i do a boat load of stuff for them and they give me the safe house key and i have both armors sitting right there for me to take. you dont have to steal things or kill people::edit:: i wrote this like i was drunk so i fixed all the spelling errors lmao..

It's weird how a coat gives you the same damage threshold as nuclearfucking armor, and is in fact better because it doesn't lower speed.

I've played this game for so many years and pushed so many around with that method but I never even thought of doing that to get the special armors. This is awesome.

If you get a sniper rifle and put a silencer mod on it you can sneak up on them and kill them without gaining infamy, just make sure you are hidden and kill them with 1 shot ;)

hey I found another unique weapon down in Cottonwood Cove there's a small two story building the top door reads Aurelius of Phoenix the weapon is an unarmed pair of dog tag gloves called recompense of the fallen

Just thinking maybe you could do a video on it if you haven't already I've been watching your videos all day finding unique weapons and I didn't see a video for this anywhere

A really easy way to get both armors is if you have the DLC Lonesome road. At the end you can go to the long 15, A place you can go to after finishing the DLC and there are dead NCR rangers and goulified NCR heavies. And a sick armor that is worn by a guy named Colonel Royez. Though he is very tough to beat. And by the way there are like 4 NCR rangers and around 10 heavies dead. So lots of loot! :)

There is another way to get the power armor. If u have the key for the NCR safehouse and go in it there is a set of power armor inside a room then you can just take it.

Personally, I find it easier to just steath kill them with a surpressed weapon from a distance, wait an hour or two from a distance without the faction noticing you, then loot their dead courpse. Make sure you have the Better Criticals perk and high Gun skill so you can kill them in one hit.

Hey ESO, I know you find secerts, good/rare weapons/armor on Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas. I've had Skyrim for a while and you really helped me out. I recently got the GOTY Editions of Fallout NV and 3. I noticed you don't have an guides for Fallout 3. Is there no special armor or weapons in Fallout 3? Or is there another reason you don't have Fallout 3 guides?

Alternatively you can snipe them with the ratslayer and armor piercing rounds to only agro the one enemy who's armor you want if you kill them while hidden I'm pretty sure that you don't lose reputation.

You know you can get better power armor than this if you go to the Brotherhood of Steel. If you do the requests all the way you can ask them for the training and you will receive T45 power armor. You can also buy t51 Power Armor.
