Wow that was so usefull I was trying to solve the transport equation with separation of variables but that method leads me to no certain solutions. Thanks in advance Dr. Chris Tisdell

Was the vector (C, 1) drawn arbritrarily here? Does it matter where it was drawn in the X, T plane?

Sir, dot product of two vectors is zero when they perpendicular not when they are parallel.so please clear my doubt.
