Low pressure to the west resulting in southerly winds, bringing warm and humid conditions, but fronts producing outbreaks of heavy rain across Wales, northern and western parts of England and southern and eastern parts of Scotland. A yellow warning for rain across parts of southwest England, Wales, the West Midlands and northwest England. Some sunny spells for Northern Ireland and western Scotland but eastern England seeing the best of the dry and sunny conditions.
