UNSAFE Yard leaves ELDERLY man feeling FORGOTTEN..

As we enter into week number 2 in Texas we came across this yard we knew was in great need, super overgrown, we just didn’t know why. Turns out the gentleman living there attempted to cut it a while back when his push mower broke and couldn’t handle the job. Not only was the grass getting out of control but many of the trees on the property had turned into full bushes. So join us today as we get this yard back into shape, give these trees some much needed TLC around the base and tackle the monster overgrowth in the back. Oh yeah and in true Texas fashion this man shares a crazy story of a close encounter with a rattle snake he had a while back. When we moved to the United States from Puerto Rico OR FATHER MADE US HELP the local Farmers during Harvest time. The Farmers were surprised we knew what too do . I was only 13 but we had stayed at our Grandparents farm in Puerto Rico for 7 yrs while our Dad served in Vietnam and other places. My Mom wanted a place to stay for alittle bit, instead of packing up and leaving to another base with 9 kids everytime. We got to know our Neighbors in Va. even if we spoke very little English. I spoke Spanish and German, 1 of the farmers wife was surprised I understood her, and then spoke to her in German. AWESOME Transformation. Guys

Red wasps are not to be toyed with. I picked up a palm branch and was stung multiple times on my wrist by red wasps that I hadn’t noticed. My hand and wrist swelled terribly; the next day I had a red line making its way up my arm. Doctor put me up on antibiotics (which I detest). Hate snakes, wasps, spiders, and scorpions - all of which we have entirely too many of in Texas.

You and your boys are so amazing! Thank you for what you do! Unless we didn't see the whole ending filmed that showed the owners full reaction, but to me, he didn't seem very grateful. He didnt even come out of his house to look at everything you guys did for him. "Ya I seen it" was his only reaction to the extremely hard work you guys did to make his property look better 😕
