I have eczema since I was even born. I have it behind my ears but it’s gotten worse because i sleep on my side. I use a fan to help cool it down since I have it when I’m seither warm or hot. I suggest using creams from China! They really helped me and now it’s really easy to deal with :)

I found applying a barrier cream to damp skin helps. It locks in moisture
