Salmon & Crispy Potatoes

Throw a sheet pan into the oven at 450

Once hot like you

Cover pan in oil and throw your potatoes, garlic and broccoli that’s been soaking in water on and finish with salt

Potatoes will take forever like usual but once broccoli and garlic are done just remove them and mix those potatoes up and back in until crispy brown!

For the salmon, I like to make small slices in the skin then pat dry, throw some oil and your favorite seasonings on them.

Over medium heat in a oiled pan, skin side down and press gently into the plan once about 30% has cooked and it lifts off the pan give them a flip. After another 3-4 minutes throw in some butter and give them a baste.

Remove and let rest

Once potatoes are done add 1 Tbs butter & 1 tsp oil with your chopped up roasted garlic and finish with a hefty amount of fresh chopped parsley and Parmesan 🤙
