Wow wow wow. I tried explaining this to my "husband" but definitely could t get the right words! This is amazing! Now, it won't help to get him to want to get help and fix (can't be fixed anymore anyway) what ever little crumbs our terrible relationship has become. And now marriage!! 😡

Yes, and this autopilot abuse, over time, will leave you sleep deprived and wirh brain fog. Even more, the longer it goes on, as you'r body will have to express the trauma and stress.

Yes when I first got out of my Toxic Relationship, all I did was replay what he did and said!! I still remember him coming upstairs and saying " you fat bitch" I would say I know I'm fat and so are you, why are you calling me names, I used to cry at the beginning, but I don't know what took place that made me stop and all I kept thinking about was getting out of the relationship.

He used to always tell me he wasn't going no where, that's why I knew I was going to have to leave my home, go into hiding to get the PTO after he punched me in my stomach. It's been almost a year and I still can't believe he punched me!! He punched me bec. I wore a hat to work because it was hat day which I shared with him before I left for work. When I came home and took my hat off, I didn't straighten my hair up bec. I was in my own house. I went downstairs in the kitchen and he said too me " why is your hair messed up" I told him remember I told you it was hat day, he said I don't believe you and punched me in my stomach!! I was in disbelief!!! I ended up going to the emergency room two days later bec. I had a bruise on my stomach and arm when I was trying to block him.

Only God can truly heal you after that type of abuse. That type of treatment is beyond our own comprehension, especially when you have no such wickeness in you. You're left in complete shock. My advice: Take every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ, rebuke them! Seek the Lord for your freedom, he is willing and able. 🙏🏾

Somebody can spray poisonous chemicals on your property and they harass and stalk your families property all day an half the night, when you for the 5th time ask them and their wife to stop doing it .
