Well your missing a few important things:
1) Character: to achieve this you got to rub dirt and some annoying sticky adhesive that collects random pieces of debris and the occasional paints that rub off on it from squeezing thru spaces.
2) Seasonings: to achieve this just sprinkle what ever annoying debris you find at the job site, the more annoying the better the seasoning. Try metal shavings, broken screws bits and maybe stucco bits.
3) Marking tool: sometimes the markers don’t work, easy solution. Just use a rusty nail to use as a scribe when you lose your pen and your marker is caked with dirt and stops working. Best part is you can find them everywhere.
4) Snacks: lastly and more importantly snacks, I don’t mean actual snacks just the wrappers and receipts of food and snacks that remind you that you’re hungry.

Really depends on what work I am doing, but I most always have:
-Tape
-Square
-Hammer
-Chalkbox
-Pencil
-Keel
-Marker
-Milwaukee fastback
-1in chisel
-Scratch awl (used to hold the chalkline on long runs or when working alone)
I don't bother with a catspaw usually. If I need to pull nails, I actually use end nipper pliers. In my opinion that's the best way to pull nails and staples.

I usually carry my marble bender, my 2X4 stretcher, and a couple buckets of steam. Once I push start my chop saw by running the blade along the ground, I’m all set for any job

I'm a rough and finish carpenter that also does plumbing and electrical
I keep my punches clean of tools and load up what's needed for the particular job.
I got four tool totes alone just for hand tools
Then everything else is in bags, tool cases or bucket totes.
I also carry multiples of every tool, Even power tools

Not in construction but I always find that a spring loaded center punch is handy to have and pliers, always carry pliers.
