KIDS MAKE | Easy RAVIOLI with No-Cook Sauce

HOMEMADE RICOTTA
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar

1. Pour milk, cream and salt into saucepot. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture reaches a strong simmer.

2. Remove from heat and pour in the vinegar. Stir two or three times, gently, around the pot and let sit, undisturbed, for 5 minutes.

3. Place three layers of cheesecloth over a strainer over a bowl and gently pour the mixture over the cloth.

4. Allow the mixture to drain for at least one hour. The longer you wait, the firmer your cheese will be!

Okay, this is kinda weird, but last night, Meg and all her kids were in my dream. They were a bit more grown up, maybe plus three or four years, and it was a crazy sight. Avery looked much older, but she was so pretty. I haven't been seeing this channel for that long, but it's crazy I'm dreaming about y'all. I'm 18, and I've never wanted kids. I wanna marry young and use my money to travel, but seeing Meg has (as weird to say as it is) inspired me to have kids. It's still years to come, but I love watching her with her kids. I absolutely love to bake, and I'd love to do these thing with children of my own.

In India, we always make cottage cheese\paneer at home. Just take milk, add a lemon. Once it`s starts to seperate add normal yogurt. Strain it. Do not throw the liquid.It is healthy and tasty. Give it to your plants. Drink it or wash your hair with it. Hope this helps...
