PFF counts dropped interceptions. They call them "turnover worthy plays". So, it wouldn't have been a worse grade if the defense actually intercepted them.

I've mentioned this before but I got the impression of everybody thought it was laughable. Jared Goff outside is rookie season as you pretty good years in LA. Once he signed the huge contract extension after the super bowl run he's dwindled off to a mediocre quarterback. Stats don't lie.
