In the UK, they hold gun sellers and brokers accountable in addition to limiting guns sold to hunting rifles only. If I was a gun seller, I would disregard what my state's laws said I was required to do and not hand that gun over until I had interviewed and done my own personal background check on the buyer so I knew I had done everything possible to prevent another mass murder. Kudos to Dicks Sporting Goods for protecting children over profits.

all of this seems so obvious to me-why have a gun?
