This is the problem with proguides, whenever a VERY SPECIFIC build like kog's comes out they just look the WR stats for each item. They don't actually look at the Korean guy himself who came up with the build.

YOU DONT GO A MYTHIC.
You go Wit -> hurricane -> randuins. And now that your tank kog you look into buying FROSTFIRE GAUNTLET!!! You don't just half ass the tank stats with this build and the half the time you don't get a mythic AT ALL. But proguides just looks at item numbers not full new builds. Their particular kog build. Is NOT what has made kog op af

QOTD: Neeko. Her mid-late game clear is pretty insane due to her Q triple pop, it’s only issue is her early clear. You need a REALLY good first leash and I prefer to just go buff/gromp/buff into a gank and take predator with future’s market to make up for her bad early clear with gold from takedowns early on. Fantastic team fighter, interesting kit, and fantastic clear once you get items

QotD: I quite like Morg jg actually. I was playing it long before she ever got buffs to be a jungler, and im quite happy riot is pushing more for her to have some presence there, even if she got a bit more than anyone expected.

The irelia pick makes sense to me. Every time I play her and I go against a ranged champion, i don’t have too big of an issue letting the wave shove to me and then quickly hitting 5 Qs and then beating them to death with autos. However, in top lane, I never feel like I do quite enough damage to take down tanky champions, and if I’m against a juggernaut? Forget it, the game is over right then and there. I can see how she could absolutely decimate some bot laners.

Qotd, i miss junglers that use to build bloodrazor and sated deviour. Everyone who used to run it switched their build, shyv is ap, yi goes duskblade, jax is just a top laner and ww is a tank now.
