also, at 30:56 GHL changed the trigger to "New Signup" - so don't search for "membership"

Hi Nuno, awesome tutorial - many thanks! Question on the refunds workflow. What would you recommend to upgrade the workflow in case I have multiple courses and the customer previously bought a different course and wants a refund for a specific course only (therefore is still a customer). Would you allow duplicate opportunities? And what's the best way to understand, which course they want a refund for? Maybe via adding a dropdown to the form? Thanks again

9:09 This is great! I do have a question, however. If I were creating multiple pricing options for the course, how would I handle that inside of GHL? For example, if I were to offer a early bird offer for anyone who purchases b4 a specific date they would get a discounted price, but everyone else would have the regular price. Can we still create a separate product and link it to a course? Thx!

Fantastic tutorial! I have a question about the abandoned cart workflow. The trigger is the order form submission/optin. This should only apply to those who have submitted step one of the order form but not completed step two (actual purchase). Is that correct? Even people who purchased would have opted in.
