Is it correct to say that different triggers with the same actions can be in one workflow but need their own workflow if multiple triggers require different actions? I was trying to create an automated action for each 'appointment type' into one workflow.

If you have multiple products/ services, would you use multiple pipelines and create unique opportunities that matches the pipeline?

I noticed that moving and updating duplicate opportunities in the same pipeline has it's limitations.
