If your trying to make glue as well you can also add about a tablespoon of baking Soda after you take it out of the vinegar and milk also full fat milk works better

The process to make real, usable plastic out of casein is much more than this. Casein plastic was called galalith. The casein was purified after its initial collection and had to be cured in formaldehyde for at least 21 days depending on the thickness for it to be usable. Originally the stuff was also not moldable, although I can't figure out why.
