When ‘this song came out my high school love and I would take the top off my MG and drive to Great Falls MD and just love life. Turning 75 this month and I can still feel the warm air and smell her perfume. Times were so much simpler then.

I was in my 20s in the '60's, groovin' in British sports cars with my friends. It was a friendly time, when you'd meet others in their sports cars and toot your horn, nodding---and sometimes would sort of caravan to a drive-in for 'burgers, fries, and soft drinks while making car talk with them, making friends. It was a good time for music, whose lyrics told stories, backed up by good instrumentalists. Now, in my 80s, the music on YouTube takes me back there again, any time I want I want.
