I have plaster walls that aren’t flat, they’re rough, and my sister painted little paintings all over one wall and some on other walls and it seems like it’ll never be covered if I try to cover it up. There’s a huge black heart and it has a dark purple edge around it. Also, I want to paint my walls light blue

Is the emulsion paint that you refer to also called “oil paint”? Plus, I am going to install new floors and a flat gypsum ceiling. Can you tell me the order in which to do these three things?
They are a) Install a flat gypsum ceiling. b) paint all the walls from purple to white and c) install high gloss floor tiles.

I'm going to try a very light tan over a milk chocolate brown paint and see what I get. No primer because it gives me dreadful migraine. What's with that extra camera person that keeps sneaking up on you without letting you know to "look at the camera".
Maybe you need a director?
