That's a seriously cool little board. Lots of potential for SFF projects with it.

Interesting board but as always it depends on OS and wider software support.

This is probably the most exciting product I've seen in a while, can't wait to get my hands on one of these!

ETA, when you revisit this board please stack it up against the Pi Zero and the Pi 4 in power consumption, as that's one of the biggest draws of the Zero over the full sized Pi in many projects, even moreso sometimes than form-factor.

Keep it up!

Thanks for the first look on this. Two quick thoughts.. the Zero W has wifi/bluetooth and might be closer feature set to compare than the native Zero. Also I would love to have seen the power consumption of the Radxa and how that compares. I have couple couple projects where I went with Zero W because it uses a fraction of the energy as other Pi's while only giving up a little performance.

It’s always just as the pi killers start to show up when the pi foundation surprise us with a new board, so I’m looking forward to the next zero model to replace this like the current zero W did the ntc chip, may it rest in pieces…

I'd never thought I'd say "PiZero Killer" but this might be it.
I wonder if Batocera on this board can handle PS1, Dreamcast, Atomiswave/Naomi, and PSP.

Please include the pricing as well in the next video for the different models when comparing to the Pi Zero and Pi Zero W
The reason for why the latter two are popular is because of their very very affordable pricing, I don't think the one you were running is going to be as cheap as they are.

Ok, hear me out. Stick retro arch on this, add a small joystick and stick this little sucker in a custom case to make a portable gaming machine.

This would be perfect for a DIY linux phone. Someone just really needs to make an antenna hat for it...

In 5 more years ETA will be talking about a sbpc the size of a grain of rice: "Easily emulates PS5 but you're going to have to lock it at 60fps...fits nicely into a tyelnol capsule-sized case, I'm running retroarch on it with no problems..." Love your videos dude!

Great demo! Love the power, love the emmc, but - the one asterisk on the "same form factor as RPI0" claim is that this board (and the Banana Pi) have components on the bottom, which adds to the effective depth and might make it a deal breaker for folks trying to squeeze it in to small project. I have to imagine it will be fine for a large majority of people. I will certainly be buying a few!

Anyone else impressed by the size of the NIO 12L? Tiny powerhouse with a Genio 1200 chip? The possibilities are intriguing! Hearing about the Nio 12L for a longer time!!!
