I can relate to everything in this vid. People are exausting in general. I am known to be very friendly but solitude is better for me. I prefer my dogs' company, LOL! I changed my field of work to have less convo with people. I am social in small dose with selective people. Weekends are for relaxing and learning (yep, podcasts and mindful hobbies) and I prefer going out on weekdays if I need to go out for any reason, with fewer people around.

One thing that's not mentioned is the levels of conversation in example talking about people spreading rumors etcetera is low level conversation where as talking about ideas problem solving and such is more high level intelligence since most people would rather talk about the Kardashians that type of shit don't interest a highly intelligent person and they choose not to listen to it it's hard for intelligent people to find people who will hold a intelligent conversation so they prefer to be alone instead of sitting through a pointless conversation

Working on emotional intelligence is vital. It's too easy for people with a high IQ to develop a bit of arrogance about it as a defence mechanism against the unhappiness too much isolation can bring. Particularly in the case of men who are looking for partners & gravitate towards "dating guru" advice that basically tells them to do more of what they're already doing too much of.
