Can we use the skin for making one more bottle or will it be bad in taste?

Also keeping it in air tight jar for so long will it create gas inside the jar and is ther risk of bottle exploding?
So do we need to open it (burp) for few secs every 4-5days?

Important Tips:
- Never add lemon juice to the alcohol; the acidic environment would degrade the essential oils.
- The extraction process is fairly quick: it requires at least one day (for a fresher aroma) and up to three or four days (for a more complex aroma). Beyond this limit, everything we need has already been extracted, and the process will slowly begin to extract less pleasant flavors.
- It can be enjoyed right away, but it's better to let it rest for a week.

Wait a minute. Your color at the end of your patch is much lighter than the finished product. What happened?? My finished limoncello came out lighter like your final step, not the one you are drinking.
