workplace culture and the importance of culture aligning with organisational values

Workplace culture is informed partly through existing laws, regulations and standards influencing policy and partly by leaders creating workspaces which reflect their values. We have probably ALL worked in a workplace where the culture is toxic, or worse, a workplace with dodgy dealings. Leaders need to take responsibility for the culture in their workplace and actively work to ensure all workers align with their values.
