From NJ, but went to college in the Midwest...I brought the North Dakota/midwestern dialect with me back home and stuck...haha I use “ope” “pop” “suckers” and “squeeze right pass ya” on a daily basis...I also only drink Busch latte’s.

I guess “ope” is kind of a mix between “oh shit” and “whoops” with the S removed. It’s like saying “ I accidentally ran into you, sorry about that, didn’t mean to”
