When you sell, you have to realize, its not your house anymore. The moment you decide to sell, its not yours. Picture the money. Take pictures of the house, then move out and do everything the real estate agent tells you to do.

Were the buffet is I would have put a narrow sideboard and a long dinning table. Just feel the dinning table is sort of cramped between kitchen, next living space and glass door to backyard. But nicely done all around.
