tho it won’t take us far in boxing it will help improve what we need necessary. like for instance your boxing technique and movement with your feet and knees, i recorded myself doing it and said “okay so theres alot to work with i need to improve this then that blah blah blah” and it helped me. if it weren’t for your tutorial and teaching myself how to fight i would have definitely been depressed. fighting makes me happy but not to hurt others, for self defence and for the people who threatened you.

I trained in a Fight gym for 4 months. Had a lot of hard sparring fights there. But now I don't get enough time anymore to go there. So, I practice alone in my home with a double end ball, mini dumbbells, resistance band and some other materials.

Dear coach, I am from India🇮🇳 it's almost impossible to learn boxing where I live and I've been trying to learn boxing on my own for almost more than 3 years, I and my friend used to do light sparing and we were pretty good at this but he can't do this anymore so I joined a so called gym in my area in this gym nobody knows about real boxing all the people are aggressive in this gym and I thought I could defeat them cause they don't even know basics of boxing but when I did sparing with them they beat me very badly it happened thrice even though my punches and footwork and all the the other things are much better than these people but still I got defeated maybe because I am not used to doing sparing with aggressive people I don't know the reason but right now I am real depressed cause all of my hard work that I did, did not pay me off and I don't have any idea what I should do now maybe a few words of your might help me but I am not sure about this cause I am really devastated

I'll give you an even better tip: don't be a youtube boxer and don't spend your money on any online programmes. If you really wanna learn how to box, you have to actively go to the gym. Experienced coaches will recognise your strengths and weaknesses on the spot and train you accordingly. Online programmes can't do that for you.

Your home boxing will also not gonna imrpove us to that level. After all we have to get real partners for it, learning from online is just similar to shadow boxing only.

If your a self taught boxer you might as well be wasting your time i saw guy on YouTube "self taught boxer" the guy was horrible and hes not new he has been doing same bullshit no improvement terrible form never be a "self taught boxer", once you get real boxing coach its a game changer.
