Kachay qeemay kay kabab in English:
Ingredients:
700g Beef Mince
½ cup Coriander
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Roasted Cumin
1 tsp Roasted whole Coriander
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Papaya powder
½ tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Turmeric
3 tbsp Chickpea powder
2-3 Green chili
Directions:
In a chopper add beef mince, salt, red chili flakes, roasted cumin, roasted whole coriander, papaya powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and blend well.
Now in a bowl add blended mixture, onion, garlic/ginger paste, green chili, roasted chickpea powder, coriander, mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
Apply oil or water on hands, take a hand full of mixture. Make thin and slightly bigger shaped kebab from the actual size you want. (Kebab will shrink).
Then in a frying pan add oil and fry Kebab until brown. (Use less oil to avoid shrinkage of Kebab).
Serve with raita.
