Impressive layout. Although I only have one concern. Instead of one trailer that does it all, you should have a storage that carries everything. Invest in multiple smaller enclosed trailers. Have several crews come to the storage and sign what is needed for the day's project requirements. Instead of having the capability of only doing one or two jobs at one time. I started like you 18 years ago. It took me 3 years to understand the logistics of scaling. Now I vacation over 4 months out of the year, and still bring home over 1.3M a year.

I chose to work "on" my business.

From a bird eyes view and manage the logistics by empowering the right people to run your company. Expect only 90% done correctly, and that no one will work as hard as you. Learn that, and you too will be able to join me at one of my beach houses. Great work! Keep it up!

Well this guy knows how to make money 💰 the more organized you are the more time you can be working getting the job done efishently the Richer you will be very good I've seen another guy with a nice trailer like that if only I had the time maybe my next life lol

great trailer. I wish i had the space for all that stuff im currently in a 10'x8' cargo trailer and have it filled to the max. I really like how much space you have for the extra supplies. nothing worse than making several trips to the hardware store each day.
